Autumnal Eye

It's good to see that Autumn is back where it's meant to be - last year the season started very late, but this year the leaves had started falling and mornings had become cold and misty by the start of this month. I do like a good Autumn.

Last week on one of the aforementioned misty morns London remained shrouded even after I arrived at the office. Working on the 25th floor of one of the highest buildings in the area makes for some fantastic views. I took this photo of the London Eye and it came out a bit noisy and blurry - so I converted it to black and white and added a bit more noise for effect.

Bad day for you to be "working from home". Best 25th floor sunset ever. I might have felt all romantic if I hadn't been kneedeep in Escrow deposits.

You do have to weigh the best sunset against the possibility of being burned in a fire though - if there ever was a real one we'd all just be told to sit there and wait until we got an official e-mail telling us we could leave

LOL!!

I guess you have to be on the 25th floor to see the sunset above the fog :)

Very cool image, it thru me back in time to black and white London!

Dave…I have been negligent in my comments of late (10 minutes to go in the movie), by the way the award looks very (insert appropriate superlative of current prime choice here) on the sidebar….So to make up for lost time I have created a fascinating meme (actually it was passed along to me by Max) and formally require (like that eh?) your immense creativity to do likewise…

You should be able to find the meme no problem; just look for the flying pig…
