Although Paradise Park in Cornwall houses mostly birds, they also have some otters (more on those later) and a couple of Red Pandas. I've seen a Red Panda before - in the zoo in Washington D.C. - but these ones were a little more active. They are usually fairly tricky to photograph as they like to sit up in trees, hidden by the shadows under the branches and leaves. Fortunately, this one poked his head out enough for me to see.

Interesting image Dave. My wife Chocolate Girl just reminded me that we have a Red Panda image she shot at the Portland Zoo (Oregon). We have noticed that they often are photographed with their tongues out!
